These terms apply when you buy from MAG Living Limited. Placing an order means you accept them.

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. The price you see is the price you pay; delivery is shown separately at checkout before you commit.

We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If an item is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable after you've ordered, we'll contact you and either honour the order, offer an alternative, or refund you in full — your choice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order if we can't verify your details or can't deliver to your address.

Product information

Specifications, dimensions and photographs are as accurate as we can make them. Colours can look different on different screens, and dimensions may vary slightly between production runs. If a difference matters to your space, ask us before you order.

Assembly and use

Some items require assembly. Please follow the instructions supplied — damage from incorrect assembly isn't covered by warranty. Weight capacities in the specifications are limits, not targets.

Returns and faults

See our Refund policy. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply in addition to anything written here.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
