Delivery

Free delivery Auckland-wide. Auckland orders are delivered free, usually within 2–4 days of your order being confirmed.

For the rest of New Zealand, freight is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. You'll see the exact amount before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.

We don't currently ship outside New Zealand.

Pickup

You can collect your order from Manukau at no charge. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready — usually 2–4 days. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

Large items

Desks and chairs are delivered to your door. Our couriers aren't able to carry items upstairs or into a room, so please make sure someone is available to receive and move the item.

If something arrives damaged

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours — the sooner we know, the easier it is for us to claim against the courier and get a replacement to you.

Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers occasionally run late, especially over public holidays. If your order is running behind, we'll tell you rather than waiting for you to ask.
